摘要: Sandblasting with large grit and acid-etching (SLA) treatment is considered to be a reliable modification achieve excellent titanium surface. However, contamination of hydrocarbons would make SLA surface hydrophobic influence its bioactivity. Thus, appropriate methods preservation or further treatments could used for improvement. In present study, in deionized water (dH(2)O) ultraviolet (UV) irradiation were, respectively, applied modSLA UV-SLA surfaces. Surface characteristics were assessed by scanning electron microscopy, optical profilometer x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well wettability contact angle analyzer. Additionally, biocompatibility was evaluated the response osteoblast-like MG63 cells. Prevented from contamination, fewer (25.31%) remained hydrophilic showed better affinity mineralization cells than polluted (p < 0.01). Furthermore, lowest content (14.26%) super-hydrophilicity, surface, which had effectively decomposed photocatalysis meanwhile acquired abundant hydroxyl groups, most greatly promoted attachment, proliferation, differentiation, 0.05). Therefore, found an important influencing factor compatibility biomaterials. addition, UV recognized trustworthy method cleaning without change topography roughness ever lead greater sandblasted acid-etched
