摘要: Depending on the ZnO seed-layers, a new kind of cobalt doped zinc oxide (Zn1−xCoxO) thin films with controllable morphology were prepared by facile solvothermal method. A series different Co contents applied to study effect morphology, structural and optical properties. It is found that content plays an important role evolution Zn1−xCoxO films. The results scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicate are highly uniform porous. has been successfully into lattice structure revealed X-ray diffraction (XRD) energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). can be possess good crystalline quality through characterization transmission (TEM) high-resolution microscopy (HRTEM). All samples show stronger violet emission ultraviolet absorption, peaks shift towards red increasing content. In addition, magnetic result demonstrates Co-doped room-temperature ferromagnetic materials.
