摘要: In higher plant cells microtubules (MTs) show dynamic structural changes during cell cycle progression and play significant roles in morphogenesis. The cortical MT (CMT), preprophase band (PPB), phragmoplast, all of which are plant-specific structures, can be observed interphase, from the late G2 phase to prophase, anaphase telophase, respectively. CMT controls shape, either irreversibly or reversibly, by orientating cellulose microfibril (CMF) deposition wall; PPB is involved determining site division; phragmoplast forms plate at cytokinesis. appearance disappearance these structures have been extensively studied immunofluorescence microscopy using highly synchronized tobacco BY-2 cells. Indeed, studies, together with visualization dynamics living green fluorescent protein, revealed much about modes organization, for example, CMTs M/G1 interphase. microfilaments also cycle, being similar MTs particular stages different other stages, appear supporting MTs. this article, we summarize our ongoing research that related studies structure function cytoskeleton progression.
