摘要: The Brazilian Public Software (SPB) is a program promoted by the Federal Government to foster sharing and collaboration on Free/Libre/Open Source (FLOSS) solutions for public administration. In this context, software considered good assumes some responsibilities related its use. Once devolpment principles same of FLOSS projects, we have designed SPB Portal, platform based integration evolution existing tools. It provides several modern features collaborative development, helping administration in solutions. paper, present integrated development that was developed heterogeneous team composed professors, master students undergraduate students, as well professionals from communities. used providing non-trivial among them.
