摘要: Abstract A Cu-mediated regioselective, dehydrogenative homocoupling of indoles was developed using AgNO3 as the additive. The easily installed and removed N-pyrimidyl group exerted complete C2 regiocontrol via C–H activation. series indole substrates underwent cross-dehydrogenative-homocoupling. This work an effective approach for synthesis 2,2′-biindole core a number chemicals fundamentally important in material pharmaceutical chemistry.
