摘要: Ceramic materials to be insert-cast are disclosed, which each contain not less than 65% by volume of aluminum titanate as a crystalline phase, and have an average particle diameter crystals thereof being 10 μm, Young's modulus 50 2,000 kgf/mm2, compression strength 5 40 porosity 35%. port liners also free from cracking due force during insert-casting, peeling-off use, facilitate insert-casting. To attain this, reinforcement meets either one or both requirements that differences in coefficient thermal expansion at 800° C. between the material constituting liner body range ±0.1% ±1,000 respectively, is filled into depressed portion outer peripheral surface form integrated structure with flat swelled surface. Alternatively, worked give uneven portions joining metal liner. Another alternative utilize stress-releasing slit formed wall body. Further, ceramic may covered sheet irreversively expandable heating.
