Protein-film voltammetry-Electrochemical Enzymatic Spectroscopy

摘要: In this lecture, the new approach for studying redox features of various enzymes is presented. Details are given about performing an electrochemical experiment with active proteins, while attention paid to theoretical modeling protein-film voltammetric experiments in cyclic and square-wave voltammetry. The use set-up designing biosensors also discussed.
