摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ionic conductivity, by providing a particle having, on its surface, an anionic group contg. XIII, XV or XVI element of the Periodic Table, and having specific diameter. SOLUTION: A radically polymerizable monomer such as monofunctional acrylate deriv. α,ω-alkylene diol diacrylate is subjected to emulsion polymerization micelle polymerization, together with surfactant selected from groups in solvent which insol. difficultly soluble, presence radical initiator, form polymer represented formulae I-IV (wherein M1 boron atom aluminum atom; M2 phosphous atom, arsenic antimony L alkylene halogen; Rn halogen, alkoxy, alkyl arom. group; (n) 5 less) mol.wt. 300-50,000, particulate diameter 0.001-1 μm, carrying alkali metal salt.
