摘要: A recent advance in transcriptomics has spawned the 'Decade of non-coding RNAs' by potentiating growing numbers long RNA cancer. LncRNA involvement cancer denotes its significance beyond our perception as they participate tumor suppression and promoting oncogenesis, which raises them a mighty class effectors or regulators. Aberrantly expressed lncRNAs interact with major protein coding partners, ultimately deregulate normal cellular processes drive cell towards malignant state. Identification theses interactions are utmost important can be ideal targets for therapy. Dysregulation genomic alterations like single nucleotide variations gene fusions also potential modulators their secondary structure. In this review, we discuss various molecular bio-molecules genetic lncRNA genes importance This systematic review outlines vivid role context opens up future conceptual applications.
