摘要: The control of placental hormone biosynthesis is critical during gestation, since their coordinated action essential for the normal progress pregnancy. Hormonal synthesis regulation in placenta still not elucidated and differs from that observed other steroidogenic tissues specific tropic hormones have yet been identified. Cellular localization growth factors placenta, including VEGF, EGVEGF bFGF, points these additional roles organ besides well known modulation on cell proliferation angiogenesis. In vitro experiments bring new evidence play regulatory modulating processes related to steroid secretion placenta. Importance local estrogen function has highlighted a key enzyme its aromatase cytochrome P450. objective this review was describe some aspects steroidogenesis, mainly focusing P450 expression as others potential modulators hormonal organ.
