摘要: Sixteen patients with chronic renal failure on maintenance hemodialysis were studied before and during oral treatment essential amino acids. The received their usual diets (60-100 g protein/day) throughout the study. Plasma acids pre-dialysis supplements started, after one month three months treatment; some measurements also carried out post-dialysis. Before 63% of pre-dialysis, 82% post dialysis, had at least acid value which was lower than our normal range. After 38% 67% post-dialysis, or more low value. 3 only 2 an abnormal chromatogram pre-dialysis. Changes in non-essential acids, blood urea, serum proteins hemoglobin are reported. data show that plasma concentrations frequently present even when diet contains theoretically adequate amounts protein. This deficiency can be corrected successfully supplements.
