摘要: Immunophenotyping of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations is essential for the diagnosis and follow-up children with immunodeficiencies other immune disorders. The relative size absolute number distributions (median 5-95%) subsets, including cord (Coulter, EPICS-XL) were examined by flow cytometry in 190 healthy subjects from birth to 18 years age a view obtaining normal reference values Turkish following groups: (n:29), 1 year (n:41), 2 (n:30), 6 10 (n:30). CD2+, CD3+CD16-56-, CD3+CD8+ T lymphocytes increased while counts those together CD3+CD4+ CD19+, CD20+ B decreased age. percentage CD3-CD16+56+ NK cells 0-1 10-18 years; however, count remained stable unchanged all groups. activation markers (CD3+CD25+ HLADR+) through group. This study has once more demonstrated that both subsets infants changed Therefore, comparison results age-matched controls utmost importance reliable accurate evaluation reflecting cellular immunity children.
