摘要: The dynamism and ongoing changes that the electricity markets sector is constantly suffering, enhanced by huge increase in competitiveness, create need of using simulation platforms to support operators, regulators, involved players understanding dealing with this complex environment. This paper presents an market simulator, based on multi-agent technology, which provides advanced framework for study real operation, interactions between players. MASCEM (Multi-Agent Simulator Competitive Electricity Markets) uses data creation realistic scenarios, allow impacts implications transformations bring different countries. Also, development upper-ontology communication participating agents, means integration simulator other frameworks, such as MAN-REM Negotiation Risk Management Markets). A case platform results from several systems tools presented, a scenario data, simulating MIBEL environment, comparing performance results.
