摘要: Abstract The effects of liposomes with positive, neutral and negative surface charges on platelets the plasmatic coagulation system were investigated in several vitro vivo models. Negatively charged stimulated contact activating as demonstrated by significant acceleration whole blood clotting time measured containers non-wettable (siliconized) surface. same induced reversible aggregates human circulating platelet after intravenous infusion guinea pigs. Liposomes positive had no effect platelets. biological mechanisms toxicological relevance these findings are discussed.
