摘要: We present diffraction efficiencies of hollow silica nanospheres coated layer by calculation using a rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA) method. The results show the effect inner ratios, diameters on efficiency. also compare reflection / transmission characteristics with conventional antireflection coatings.
