摘要: The biomass growth, substrate consumption and polyhydrobutyrate (PHB) production of Ralstonia eutropha with butyric acid fructose as the carbon energy sources at various ratios initial concentration (S0) to (X0) were investigated in this study. Results indicated that PHB content increased increasing S0/X0 ratio. Different substrates exhibited a similar trend for cell growth changing specific rates both An S0/X0-dependent kinetic model was modified describe kinetics R. eutropha. This verified experimental results from work literature.
