摘要: Parallel MRI acquisitions are generally reconstructed into images off-line, on PCs and computer clusters. Here, we present an innovative single-FPGA engine that performs real-time 2D-FFT image reconstruction from arrays of up to 16 coils. Partial reconfiguration enables rapid switching FPGA modules for maximal flexibility lower hardware cost. If the is integrated FPGA-based receiver, more complicated parallel algorithms can replace receiver logic after acquisition complete. The also function as a standalone accelerator. As proof-of-concept non-cartesian reconstruction, reconfigurable module next-neighbor regridding spiral demonstrated.
