摘要: Abstract Phosphorus (P) recycling and burial in the sediment of East China Sea (ECS) were investigated October 2012. Dissolved Fe2 +, Mn2 +, PO43 − NH4+ pore water P species by sequential extraction as well Fe oxides core sediments measured. The total (PTotal) concentrations ranged from 11.93 to 23.87 μmol g− 1 showed a decreasing trend inshore offshore on ECS shelf. Detrital (PDetrital) was main chemical form sediments, which accounted for 43–67% PTotal. We found that molar ratios organic carbon (OC) (OC/POrganic) > 106 all cores except inner shelf site DH3-1, middle sites DH4-3 DH3-8. OC/Preactive (11–90) much lower than Redfield ratio, indicating presence excess Preactive relative OC ECS. PCDB correlated with FeCDB sediments. diffusive flux across sediment-water interface estimated be 0.12–1.42 μmol cm− 2 yr− 1. PTotal accumulation rates 6.1 20.7 μmol cm− 2 yr− 1 decreased distance coast. efficiency (PBE) 93–99% shelf, comparable worldwide continental margin sediment, most occurred PDetrital authigenic (PCFA). potential bioavailable 6–20%
