摘要: Abstract We investigate the bulk superconducting electronic structure in optimally doped YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 - δ (YBCO) using laser-excited angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. The band dispersions with d x y -wave like gap opening are observed without being hindered by surface state and CuO chain due to bulk-sensitivity and/or matrix element effect at h ν = 6.994 eV . momentum-dependence of exhibits a nonzero minimum ∼12 meV along ( 0 , ) – π line. In addition, unusual suppression quasiparticle coherence is T / c > 0.5 0.7
