摘要: Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend research on intervention using adiponectin and find utilization in nursing. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted. From 2005 2009, articles were searched electronically data base with key words adiponectin. criteria for inclusion 1) an randomized clinical trial (RCT), 2) human, 3) English or Korean language. Finally, 89 (41 domestic studies, 48 foreign studies) included review. Results: major findings as follows: In subjects obesity 80.5%, most frequently used exercise (95.1%). there interventions (55.1%), diabetes (25.0%). 66.7% studies medicine including 56.3% medicine/hormone therapy. Adiponectin significantly increased 31 33 studies. Conclusion: It needs understand influence nursing practice. practical use has be considered a sense that it may help determining direction provide more objective evidence
