摘要: The focus of our recent work has been to continue global simulations using the Los Alamos Parallel Ocean Program (POP) model and sea ice (CICE), as well ensemble runs Simple Data Assimilation (SODA) POP (SODA POP). primary goal former effort is simulate fine resolution (0.1deg) fields CICE, obtain measures their veracity, then move forward with a coupled 0.1deg POP/CICE simulation. Sensitivity less computationally expensive 0.4deg simulation have also conducted. In latter SODA-POP are being used evaluate relative impact different surface boundary conditions assimilating data
