摘要: In order to identify the key steps and driving force for hydration process of swelling clays, water adsorption isotherms enthalpies were measured on monoionic montmorillonite samples saturated with alkali or calcium ions, bi-ionic a sodium-calcium mixture. The specific surface area evolution along was determined using recent interpretation experimental solids. Results are interpreted in structural terms. Compared additional data from sample-controlled thermal analysis (SCTA), results confirm experimentally that Li- Na-montmorillonite is mainly cation-controlled process, contrast Cs which cation contribution negligible, as we have already demonstrated electrostatic calculations conductivity measurements.
