Reproducibility and validity of anterior implant esthetic indices: A review.

摘要: Background: The purpose of this review was to narrate about the reproducibility and validity different indices evaluating esthetic aspects in anterior single implant-supported restorations. Materials Methods: An electronic search Medline, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Central, Web Science databases performed using keywords “dental implants,” “anterior esthetics,” “esthetic score,” index.” Besides, a manual dental implant journals carried out. Results: revealed 932 titles. After further review, 14 articles fulfilled eligibility criteria were included review. Because heterogeneity study designs, interventions, parameters used for assessment esthetics, no meta-analysis could be performed.
