摘要: In this article it is investigated how the hole extraction layer (HEL) influence charge recombination and performance in half tin lead (FASn0.5 Pb0.5 I3 ) based solar cells (HPSCs). FASn0.5 film grown on PEDOT:PSS displays a large number of pin-holes open grain boundaries, resulting high defect density shunts perovskite causing significant bulk interfacial HPSCs. By contrast, films PCP-Na, an anionic conjugated polymer, show compact pin-hole free morphology over area, which effectively eliminates trap states. Moreover, PCP-Na characterized by higher work function, determines favorable energy alignment at anode interface, enhancing extraction. Consequently, both devices using HEL are considerably reduced giving rise to overall improvement all device parameters. The HPSCs fabricated with display power conversion efficiency up 16.27%, 40% than control (11.60%). Furthermore, as offers superior larger area compared PEDOT:PSS.
