摘要: The creation of functional papers requires a specific deposition chemical moieties at the surface. In particular, water-repellent barrier coatings can be formed by (poly(styrene-co-maleimide) nanoparticles filled with different vegetable oils. analysis coated paper surfaces dispersive Raman spectroscopy allows for statistical classification coating types and mapping lateral surface distribution components. spectra were used to quantify amount free oil imide content. partial least squares model three principal components (PC) could differentiate between type (degree saturation in PC-1), thickness (cellulose bands substrate PC-2), organic phase (styrene, PC-3). maps average intensities indicate inhomogeneities thin located near components, while presence acts as natural binder provides more homogeneous coating. Depending on oil, higher coincides lower content coverage polyunsaturated oils overlaps relatively well areas is largely encapsulated. mono- unsaturated rather complementary there are larger amounts oil. latter confirmed single wavenumber image processing constructing composite maps.
