摘要: The microstructure evolution in nonstoichiometric titanium carbide is studied during high-temperature deformation at high strain rates and low strains (shock compression) slow (superplastic regime). results demonstrate that a broad range of offers means controlling the carbide. By varying conditions, one can obtain materials differing chemical composition, particular, with equilibrium nonequilibrium microstructures. Accordingly, physicochemical properties such also differ.
