摘要: The unfertilized ova of Persian sturgeon, Acipencer persicus, were stored in the ovarian fluid at 18 C and fertilized after 0 (control), 3, 6, 9 12 hours post stripping using fresh N pooled sperm obtained from three males. In addition, changes osmolality pH during storage recorded. After 3 h storage, no significant differences found between fertilization hatching rates comparison with control. But, 6h, 9h significantly decreased 6 values compared to os molality increased Also, negative correlations rates. value This decline continued towards end experiment. positive Results showed that ovulated eggs sturgeon can be held up without loss hatchability rate. As well as, increase may two limiting factors for short term sturgeon.
