摘要: Objectives Bladder exstrophy is a rare severe congenital malformation. Early prenatal diagnosis scarcely described in the literature. Low insertion of umbilical cord constant anatomic feature bladder exstrophy. The aim our study was to assess whether early measurements insertion–to–genital tubercle length may serve as quantitative for low-inserted cases exstrophy. Methods The prospectively measured all referred nonvisualized urinary before 18 weeks' gestation. Final diagnoses were compared with measurements. Results Fifteen fetuses evaluated at mean gestational age 15.7 weeks (range, 14–17 weeks). Of them, 6 diagnosed exstrophy, and 9 had normal bladder. All an below fifth percentile age, whereas measurement. Conclusions Fetuses have general population. This measurement complementary objective sonographic parameter assessment counseling suspected having during pregnancy.
