摘要: Abstract Although China has implemented many air pollution control policies, its problems remain severe with rapid economic development. The strategy of controlling single pollutant in one period and adding another the next (i.e., gradual strategy) adopted achieved some success reducing sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ). However, this is not effective for addressing compound issues, which require several pollutants simultaneously multi-pollutant strategy). present study employs a cost-benefit analysis to compare net benefits current coal-fired power plants China. results show that yields more relative strategy. average health are somewhat higher than strategy, while costs also imply should switch from reduce adverse effects increase efficiency. Raising electricity prices offset increased potential means balancing between users.
