摘要: The rapid development and reconfiguration of assembly automation systems to accommodate product changes in a short period time is challenging task due the limitations contemporary engineering approach. To improve process, Product Process Resource (PPR)-based modeling, simulation data integration emerged as promising approach compress cost by enabling collaboration realization manufacturing resources virtual environment. However, ineffective coupling PPR data, design still highly dependent on knowledge experience engineers. This paper presents knowledge-driven manage mapping sets interconnect attributes process resources. A case study based Festo test rig presented for illustrating implementation successful identification tasks required manufacture proves concept but only use case.
