Effect of plant growth regulators during in vitro phase of potato microtuber production.

摘要: Micropropagation with nodal cutting is one of the main method for compensating shortage potato (Agria, Boren, Sante and Savalan) seed tuber production in world. Treatments included 4 concentrations Coumarin (15, 20, 25 or 30 mg/L), Paclobutrazol (0.001, 0.01, 0.1 0.5 Thidiazuron (0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/l) Ethephon (0.5, 1, 2 3 mg/L) cultivars: Agria, Savalan. Results showed that Savalan was most efficient cultivar producing microtubers better quality. The best plant growth regulator enhancing microtuber number (MTN) Thidiazuron. For improving weight (MTW) size (MTS), were regulators. levels significant increased MTN mg/L mg/L. In addition, enhancements MTW MTS levels, sequentially 15 mg/l obsereved.
