摘要: The purpose of this paper is to clarify hew isolated brain microvessels have been utilized study the transport systems for different categories amino acids through blood-brain barrier. isolation procedures available as well motphological aspects and enzyme activities are also described. This in vitro equivalent barrier has used kinetic characteristics possible cooperative role acid located with a polar distribution endothelial cell membranes microvessels. Moreover, using model it observe same hypothesized modifications neutral across possibly involved pathogenesis neurological disturbances observed chronic diseases like liver cirrhosis uremia.
