摘要: Abstract Three dimensional graphene-hydroxyapatite (3DG-HA) powders were synthesized at various hydrothermal pressures and the effect of pressure change on properties powder was investigated by in volume solution. Graphene oxide, calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate solutions used as a precursor to synthesis method. The initial solution prepared mixing precursors, then four samples P1, P2, P3, P4 identical with same concentration, fill percent 16.67, 33.33, 66.67, 83.33 conditions 180 ᵒC, 8 h, pH = 11, 13, 16, 21, 19 bar for above samples, respectively. characterized Fourier-Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Microscopy (TEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), Raman spectroscopy. analysis results showed that increased crystallinity decreased crystallite size. FTIR highest reduction rate graphene oxide occurred percentage 33.3. In general, when ranged from 33% about 75%, efficiency process appropriate 3dG-HA powders.
