摘要: Abstract : The characteristics, both spectral and directivity, of the sound field supersonic shock-free jets are studied by measuring turbulent mixing noise in far from four two-inch diameter nozzles, namely a convergent nozzle for pressure ratios up to critical three convergent- divergent nozzles having nominal design Mach numbers 1.4, 1.7, 2.0, respectively. measurements were conducted free-field environment. results 75 jet exit conditions presented systematic manner form tabulated one-third octave spectra. test program was carefully planned order obtain (i) at constant efflux temperature with varying velocity, conversely (ii) velocity while temperature. effects exhaust on can therefore be assessed independently.
