摘要: Emotional agents are useful to variety of com- puter applications. This  paper  focuses  on  the  emotion surprise. Surprise can be considered as the automatic reaction a mismatch, which plays an important role in behaviors intelligent agents. We represent psychological theories surprise through fuzzy inference systems, logic helps capture and complex nature emotions. infer  degree  of  surprise from four factors relating it by three kinds systems respectively, propose rules well reasoning parameters for systems. Case study shows generation process system. The system applied into decision making uncertain environments.
