摘要: Background: Growing evidence attests to the efficacy of e-mental health services. There is less on how facilitate safe, effective, and sustainable implementation these Objective: We conducted a systematic review service use for depressive anxiety disorders inform policy development identify policy-relevant gaps in base. Studies indicate that services are predominantly used by females, those who more educated socioeconomically advantaged. Ethnicity was infrequently on. examining consumer preferences found preference face-to-face therapy over e-therapies, but not an aversion e-therapy. Content relevant governance related organizational dimensions followed implications community education. Financing payment e-services information communication technology least commonly discussed. Conclusions: Little focuses explicitly planning; most provides perspective. Research needed provide policy-maker perspectives.
