摘要: Abstract The decay kinetics for the S 2 and 3 states of oxygen-evolving complex in Photosystem II have been measured presence an external electron acceptor. - -states monophasically with half-decay times at 18°C 3–3.5 min 3.5–4 min, respectively. results also show that decays via under these circumstances. temperature dependence individual S-state transitions has single flash experiments which multiline EPR signal originating from state used as spectroscopic probe. half-inhibition temperatures are 0 to 1 220–225 K, 135–140 230 K -to-S transition 235 K.
