摘要: The results of synthesis and characterization single wall carbon nanotubes functionalized by hydroxyethyl cellulose have been presented. properties pristine modified compared different techniques: thermo-gravimetric analysis, Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy. analysis reveals that smaller amount is required for functionalization metallic to semiconducting ones. FTIR has shown the presence groups which strong evidence nanotube modification.
