摘要: Role of the bed nucleus stria terminalis (BST) in control gonadotropin release female rat was studied.Electrical stimulation BST on day diestrus II increased serum concentration FSH, but not LH. The estrus LH as well proestrus. In ovariectomized and estrogen-treated rat, decreased FSH; progesterone-treated did decrease it. Implantation estrogen into inhibited th castration-induced increase FSH serum.These results indicate that is one negative feedback sites estrogen, probably participates folliculotropin secretion which responsible for before physiological significance its ability to induce response known now.
