摘要: Repopulation of epithelial (colchicine-treated) planular tissue by interstitial cells, nematoblasts/nematocytes, and ganglionic cells was examined via grafting. Seventy-two-hour head pieces were grafted to 72-hour control labelled tail pieces, left in contact for 24 h, separated, the analyzed their derivatives. The reciprocal experiment grafting tails heads also done examined. Repopulated contained a reforming neural plexus but few nematoblasts/nematocytes. Reconstituted nematoblasts/nematocytes no cells. Results possibly suggest that migrating cell population planulae is rich committed precursors.
