摘要: A screening for plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) was carried out in the mycorrhizosphere of wild populations Pinus pinea and P. pinaster, mycosphere associated Lactarius deliciosus. total 720 bacteria were isolated, purified, grouped by morphological criteria. Fifty percent isolates selected tested aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid (ACC) degradation, auxin siderophore production, phosphate solubilization. Thirty eight showed at least one evaluated activities. Nutrient-related traits with whereas hormone production predominated pinea. These activities found mostly Gram positive isolates. After PCR-RAPDs (random amplified polymorphic DNA) analysis, 10 groups appeared 85% similiarity when considering all isolates, indicating low diversity system. One strain each group identified 16S rDNA sequencing. Our results suggest that pinaster selects mobilize nutrients, have capacity to increase root via regulators.
