摘要: Gastrointestinal bleeding from an unknown source presents a difficult diagnostic problem. Despite the number of tests available, there are occasions when gastrointestinal requires operative intervention without preoperative localization site. This situation was encountered in case described, which scan could only suggest that small bowel left upper quadrant bleeding. Intraoperative small-bowel endoscopy important confirming diagnosis.
