摘要: Gold-coated screen-printed electrodes offer reliable quantitation of trace lead in connection with potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA). Such replacement mercury-based sensors, gold-coated ones, avoids environmental contamination associated the disposal mercury large-scale screening for poisoning. The PSA operation obviates need oxygen removal, offers low background contributions, and minimizes surfactant interferences. Changes peak intensity position (vs mercury-coated strips) new selectivity dimensions. Various experimental parameters are optimized to allow convenient monitoring micrograms per liter concentrations following short deposition periods. Applicability urine drinking water samples is illustrated. highly stable response these makes them very attractive both single-use multiple applications.
