摘要: Test results show that separation failure in co-cured skin/stiffener interfaces is characterized by dense networks of interacting cracks and crack path migrations are not present standard characterization tests for delamination. These result measurable large-scale sub-ply-scale R curve toughening mechanisms, such as fiber bridging, migration, delving. Consequently, a number unknown issues exist regarding the level analysis detail required sufficient predictive fidelity. The objective paper to examine some difficulties associated with modeling stiffened composite structures. A procedure characterize interfacial material properties proposed use simplified models based on empirical interface evaluated.
