摘要: With continuing improvements in the successful treatment of pediatric malignancies, long term survivors cancers and their providers are faced with new oncologic issues regarding long-term morbidities. As cancer have matured into adulthood, development secondary malignancies has become a significant issue for these patients. Whether consequence patient's original cancer, such as chemotherapy, ionizing radiation, or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, now present patients challenges treatment, surveillance counseling. We review major risk factors survivors, particular emphasis on important molecular cytogenetic factors, both inherited acquired. conclude discussion recommendations counseling
