摘要: The chemical composition of the extracellular fluid (ECF) brain is similar to that cerebrospinal (CSF). Brain ECF inaccessible for studies in humans, and serial determinations are difficult animals. On other hand, CSF can be sampled serially, vivo, without altering physical or parameters. Therefore, CSF’s dynamic alterations used define dysfunction within compartment, as a direct index ECF, an indirect cerebrocellular metabolism dysfunction.
