Active and reactive power control of doubly fed induction generator using direct power control technique

摘要: In this paper a direct power control technique has been proposed for doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) used in wind conversion system. the system DFIG rotor voltages are controlled at each switching period based on active and reactive powers. order to test technique, an experimental bed established. The consists of DFIG, motor with variable speed driver bi-directional back-to-back converter. TMS320F2812 microcontroller also algorithm prepared help Matlab&Simulink program. results show that DFIGs stator powers can successfully follow reference values under different operating conditions, such as It's concluded total harmonic distortion currents stays boundaries standards algorithm.
