Characterization of α-Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles produced by high energy ball milling

摘要: Microstructure and magnetic measurements of milled hematite were studied using the Rietveld analysis based on XRD data Mossbauer spectrometry. An expansion lattice parameters was observed. With increasing milling time, both Scherrer method show a decrease grain. Moreover, some dependence grain size spectrometry reveal that there are two kinds particles co-exist in sample; nanostructured micrometric hematite. The hyperfine field is affected by size.
