摘要: Chinese liquor is one of the famous distilled spirits and counterfeit becoming a serious problem in market. Especially, age facing crisis confidence because it difficult for consumer to identify marked age, which prompts unscrupulous traders pose off low-grade liquors as high-grade liquors. An ideal method authenticity confirmation should be non-invasive, non-destructive timely. The combination near-infrared spectroscopy with chemometrics proves good way reach these premises. A new strategy proposed classification verification adulteration by using NIR chemometric classification, i.e., ensemble support vector machines (SVM). Three measures, accuracy, sensitivity specificity were used performance evaluation. results confirmed that can serve screening tool applied verify liquor, is, prior step condition sample deeper analysis only when positive result obtained methodology.
