摘要: Global software development (GSD) involves new challenges that need to be addressed when project managers have make significant decisions such as task allocation, resource assignments, etc. Visualisation techniques can useful regards helping process complex information and interpret the data shown. The main goal of this study is describe a visualisation environment with which support decision-making in GSD contexts. contains set metaphors organised hierarchical manner show both related projects subprojects organisational context companies their corresponding factories. DESGLOSA tool has been developed measures indicators GSD. applied one INDRA Company's two surveys conducted validate potential usefulness its applicability company. results these were most participants agreed stated they would willing incorporate kind applications into daily work.
